Daniel Segura, 71, of Lowell, AR passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. He was born July 21, 1948 in Durango, Mexico to Teofilo Segura and Juliana Botello Segura.
He served as a custodian at Rogers Public School System for 16 years. After his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He liked to be outdoors tending to the yard and growing vegetables in his garden.
He was Catholic and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He was a kind, wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents Teófilo and Juliana Segura; sisters, Aurora Segura, María de los Ángeles Segura and brother, Vicente Segura.
Survivors include his lovely wife of 45 years, Luzmila and 5 children, daughter, María Gabriela Segura and husband, Javier Carnero, son, Daniel Segura Jr. and wife, Victoria Segura, daughter, Gloria Vaquera and husband, Genaro Vaquera, son, Francisco Segura and wife, Sintia Moreno and son, Noe Segura; 11 grandchildren, Luis Jiménez, Juliana Segura, Isaac and Isaías Carnero, Arrabella and Toriana Segura, Christian and Isabella Vaquera and Francisco Jr., Carmelo and Alina Segura; surviving siblings are Miguel Segura, Concepcion Gallegos Segura, Ma. Paz Segura & Ma. Francisca Segura.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm until 7:00pm Monday, Feb. 17th with Rosary being prayed at 6:00pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00am, Tuesday, February 18th, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers.
Burial will follow at St. Vincent Cemetery.
